The MSL Launch Cohort is an 8-week small-group coaching program designed to help aspiring MSLs build a focused strategy for transitioning into their first MSL role.

Limited to 8 participants, the cohort combines live instruction, practical resources, skills practice, group coaching, and peer learning. Each session focuses on an essential part of the MSL transition, helping you apply what you learn to your professional positioning, networking, and interview preparation.

The founding cohort rate is $500 below the planned $2,444 investment for future cohorts.

Your investment includes eight live 90-minute coaching sessions, eight weeks of private community access, session recordings, weekly activities, practical resources, live skills practice, group feedback, and support from Shelby and your cohort peers.

Enrollment is limited to 8 founding participants and will close when all seats are filled.

• Enrollment is confirmed when payment is completed.
• Participants will complete an assessment after enrollment.
• Participants are highly encouraged to attend each session live.
• Recordings are available during the program but are not a replacement for active participation.
• Participants should plan to spend approximately 30 to 60 minutes each week completing implementation activities outside of coaching sessions.
• Group coaching will focus on examples and challenges that provide value to the full cohort.
• Not every participant or document will receive individual feedback during every session.
• Participants must maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other cohort members.
• Program resources and recordings are for each enrolled participant’s personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed.

Your investment includes a pre-program assessment, 10 private 60-minute sessions, a personalized MSL career roadmap, one MSL-aligned CV for your chosen therapeutic area, one refined MSL interview presentation slide deck, program guides and resources, personalized post-session recommendations, optional session recordings, and between-session email support.

Between-session email support is available for brief questions, progress updates, and clarification related to your coaching plan. Shelby will typically respond within two business days. Interview and presentation preparation may be addressed during your remaining coaching sessions. Requests requiring extensive document review, additional CV versions, additional presentation reviews, urgent interview preparation, or coaching beyond the 10 included sessions may require the purchase of an additional service.

• All 10 sessions must be completed within six months of the purchase date.

• Sessions and services not used within the six-month program period expire and cannot be carried forward.
• Additional coaching sessions and services may be purchased if continued or expanded support is needed.
